  Education and training for ICT: development in Sri Lanka and Tanzania - The Institute of International Education at Stockholm University accepted a commission to study the development of ICT education in Sweden with the aim to create a model for development in Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) partner countries. The link between Sweden and ICT is a logical one given the countrys strong and dynamic information and communication technology sector.

London School of Economics and the Institute of Development Studies
at Sussex. After investigations and interview, the researchers concluded that ‘little business with new firms was being generated by using Internet-based business-to-business e-commerce’. Findings revealed that the main effect of B2B e-commerce is to enhance the relationships between existing trading partners.
